Mickie Mill / Broker
When she came to Mount Snow on vacation as a teenager, Mickie was so impressed by the beauty of the area she felt this is where she would eventually live. That came to be in 1970 when she and her new husband Larry decided to settle here. They have one son James, who has followed in his father’ s footsteps and is a builder and carpenter.
She became a Real Estate Broker in 1983 and has had much success selling and renting properties ever since. Her knowledge of the Deerfield Valley and Mount Snow area is extensive, having seen much development and many changes over the years.
Mickie is very involved with the community. She is a certified Strong Living Bone Builders instructor, teaching a weekly class to seniors. She sings with the Brattleboro Concert Choir and is a member of The Deerfield Valley Players. She has extensive gardens and gets fresh eggs from her 12 pet hens. She is a member of the North East Heather Society.
Mickie is friendly, honest and hard working. Her goal in dealing with buyers and sellers is to make their experience as problem free and enjoyable as possible. She loves Vermont and all that is stands for and has no desire to live anywhere else.

Team! Patricia has been an integral part of Mount Snow Realty since its inception in
1998. She was involved from pre-construction to the sellout of 540 quartershares, and was instrumental in the expansion of Mount Snow Realty to sales of not only Grand Summit ownership, but also condominiums, land and homes around the Mount Snow region. Obtaining her Brokers license 4 years ago, Patricia was the Office Broker in charge of Mount Snow Realty before taking a year off to travel and enjoy some leisure time.

Jacquelyn Jeffers Murano / Sales Associate
Jacki is a Vermont native, growing up in Townshend and then moving to the Deerfield Valley. After attending college in Burlington, VT Jacki continued her education by studying real estate at The Corner Stone Institute. She began her real estate career in 2003.
Having spent 27 years in both the West River Valley and the Deerfield Valley, Jacki is very familiar with all areas of Southern VT.

Maggie Deutsch / Sales Associate
Maggie Deutsch, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. in International Relations, is thrilled to join the Mount Snow Realty team! Having a family who has been in the Real Estate Development business for nearly three generations, Maggie grew up observing the ins and outs of the industry. In college she was determined to pursue real estate as a future career, and obtained various jobs and internships working in marketing, city planning/zoning, and for a private wealth management firm. Through education and real world experience, Maggie gained a growing knowledge on property development juxtaposed with the workings of a market economy, which has enabled her to become a confident real estate agent.
Maggie is eager to assist interested buyers in finding the right property, as well as helping sellers market their properties effectively, yielding the best results. Sheila Joyce-Albano / Broker
Is a long time member of the Mount Snow Region business community. She raised 4 children and has seen them become leaders in education and business. Sheila was born in Peru, South America and still enjoys returning yearly to visit family and friends. Her Spanish is still impeccable and although she maintains she has no accent, her friends have a knowing smile.
Sheila began her business and professional career as the personal assistant to the CEO of one of the largest real estate land developers in Vermont where she learned the intricacies of subdividing and the environmental impacts of development. Adapting to market needs, Sheila later became the administrative assistant to a market development firm focusing on land acquisition and obtaining permits, financing and providing sales and advertising support for most of the large condominium projects in the Mount Snow area.
Along with her husband Don, Sheila formed her own company SnowResorts and grew it into the largest condominium rental management firm in the Mount Snow region. Sheila’s sales management and personal sales include over 1,500 residential properties. “It’s so good to be back into personal real estate sales and solely concentrating on fulfilling the needs of individuals and families. I know the ownership of adjacent parcels of land and buildings, their rental history. I can share with buyers the joys of ownership in Southern Vermont, the back roads or small restaurants.
