Our owner services department comprises a team of dedicated professionals that can assist you with ownership issues including the following:
- Assist owners in understanding and utilizing ownership benefits
- Respond to questions, comments and concerns
- Handle maintenance fee billing questions
- Acts as a liaison between Management & Grand Summit Board of Directors
- Provide reservation assistance
- And much more!
Owner Services is located in the Grand Summit Resort on the Ground Floor next to the laundry room.
Office Hours:
Open everyday during the winter from 8:30 am –4:30 pm
Open Monday – Saturday during the spring, summer and fall from 8:30 am –4:30 pm.
